Built around the volunteer

Volunteer safety and comfort are central to our approach, contributing to strong recruitment, enrollment and retention.

The unit features a sports-themed dining room with plush seating and nine large-screen TVs. It also includes a gaming room with state-of-the-art systems and a VIP lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious seating. Private rooms are available for phone and video calls.

Purpose-built safety features are integrated throughout our clinical pharmacology unit. Fully equipped crash carts are positioned so the clinical team can respond immediately if needed. On-site security is present 24/7 and our dedicated safety staff are Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certified. The unit is located near multiple hospitals, enabling rapid escalation of care if needed.
