TC DeLuca

TC DeLuca, CPM, serves as the Director of Tobacco Harm Reduction (THR) Operations at Dr. Vince Clinical Research. She brings 25+ years of experience in clinical research operations and 10+ years of experience in Tobacco Harm Reduction, specifically PK and Human Abuse liability study design and execution.

Throughout her career, TC has led multiple high performing teams, contributed significantly to process improvements and vendor relationship development across several companies (both site level and corporate level). She has extensive experience in THR and has contributed to multiple regulatory submissions since 2016.

In her current role, TC is responsible for the oversight and execution of THR studies intended for regulatory submission. She works closely with all teams at DVCR, clients and vendors to ensure high quality and on-time delivery of trial results, with keen focus on the submission deadline outlined by the client.
