Shari Clark

Shari Clark, MT ASCP serves as Director Laboratory Operations at Dr. Vince Clinical Research. She brings 30+ years of experience in clinical research in multiple therapeutic areas, with expertise in central laboratory operations, laboratory operations and data management.

Throughout her career, Shari has engineered and managed a central laboratory division of a privately held reference laboratory, was the North America Director of Data Management at a large CRO, and a Director of Data Management leading a team that managed a 10,000 patient study for one of the world’s largest research-based pharmaceutical companies. She has extensive experience in clinical laboratory science, managing data collection for trials across many indications and engineering or reengineering laboratory operations and has contributed most recently to the design and operations of the processing and safety testing laboratory at DVCR.

In her current role, Shari is responsible for leading the processing and safety testing laboratory team and managing the operations, personnel and training. She works closely with the internal teams at DVCR including data management, biostatistics, study management, project management, clinic and finance. She also works directly with sponsors, bioanalytical laboratories and third-party vendors to ensure desired outcomes such as quality, efficiency, compliance, customer service, innovation and study success.
