Karly Gleason

Karly Gleason, MS, serves as Manager of Biostatistics at Dr. Vince Clinical Research. She brings 10+ years of experience in clinical research, with expertise in Analysis Data Model (ADaM) and Table, Figure, and Listing (TFL) programming, including a focus on pharmacokinetic (PK) outputs, and leading projects as the lead biostatistician.

Throughout her career, Karly has led numerous studies as the lead biostatistician from protocol development through to clinical study report (CSR) finalization. Additionally, she has successfully managed and mentored teams of programmers and biostatisticians, fostering collaboration and delivering high-quality deliverables.

In her current role, Karly is responsible for leading the biostatisticians at Dr. Vince Clinical Research, including establishing and refining departmental processes, onboarding and training new biostatisticians, and fostering the professional growth and development of the biostatisticians at Dr. Vince Clinical Research. She works closely with sponsors and cross-functional teams to provide strategic biostatistical leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality analyses and statistical outputs while aligning project execution with sponsor objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.
