Donnie Keeney, PharmD

Donnie Keeney PharmD serves as Manager, Pharmacy Operations at Dr. Vince Clinical Research. He is a licensed pharmacist with more than 12 years of pharmacy experience and over 9 years of clinical research experience. He brings extensive expertise in investigational product management, sterile and non-sterile compounding, controlled substance handling and the operational support of complex clinical trials such as human abuse liability studies, first in human studies and tobacco harm reduction studies.

Throughout his career, Donnie has managed several community pharmacies and played a key role in clinical research pharmacy teams, supporting the successful execution of early-phase and specialized clinical trials. His background combines operational leadership with hands-on pharmacy expertise, ensuring investigational products are prepared, managed and dispensed in compliance with protocol requirements, regulatory standards and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

In his current role, Donnie is responsible for successful pharmacy operations that support clinical research studies. His responsibilities include proper handling and preparation of investigational products, pharmacy manual development, sponsor communications, regulatory and protocol compliance and collaboration with investigators and clinical staff to ensure efficient and high-quality study execution.
