Scott Rosenberger

Scott Rosenberger serves as Vice President, Business Development at Dr. Vince Clinical Research. He brings more than 37 years of experience in drug development, with expertise in clinical operations, project management and business development across both CRO and pharmaceutical company settings.

Throughout his career, Scott has supported drug development programs across multiple therapeutic areas, leveraging his experience in clinical operations and project management to address complex development needs. He has extensive experience supporting IND-enabling studies, NDA-supportive studies and multi-site Phase II/III.

In his current role, Scott works closely with clients and DVCR Subject Matter Experts to develop solutions tailored to their early phase clinical development needs. He helps clients navigate their development programs and connect with the appropriate internal expertise to support successful study planning and execution.
